This is a wonderful resources for finding evidence-based gardening information! Just type in the topic you want materials on (i.e. composting, container gardening, xeriscaping, etc) and it will lead you to helpful articles and resources. 

Your state's extension service may have more locally relevant info for you- but Texas A&M is a great start!
